How do I personalize my sign?
On the product page, type the name or text you want (like "MIKE'S GARAGE") into the personalization box before adding to cart. What you type is exactly what we cut, so please double-check spelling, spacing, and apostrophes. Shorter names look boldest, since longer text gets scaled down to fit.
What are the signs made of?
Each sign is cut from durable 18-gauge steel and powder-coated for a smooth, long-lasting finish. They're built to withstand the elements, so they hold up beautifully indoors or out.
What colors can I choose from?
Five powder-coat colors: Black, Red, White, Copper, and Silver. Black is our most popular and gives the strongest contrast against a wall, but every color looks sharp — pick what fits the space.
What sizes are available?
Six sizes: 12", 14", 18", 24", 30", and 36". The size refers to the largest dimension of the sign — either its height or width, depending on the design's orientation. Bigger sizes make a bolder statement on larger walls; smaller sizes are great for tighter spots or gifts.
Can I hang it outside?
Yes. The 18-gauge steel and powder-coated finish are made to withstand the elements, so your sign works indoors, outdoors, or both. For maximum lifespan, a covered outdoor spot is ideal.
How do I hang it, and is hardware included?
Mounting hardware is not included, so you'll supply your own screws or hooks — standard hardware from any hardware store works perfectly. The sign's cut-out design makes it easy to mount on most walls.
How long until my order ships?
Every sign is made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for production before it ships. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Your sign ships from our facility in Louisiana. Once it's shipped, standard US delivery typically takes a few business days. All in, plan on roughly 1.5–2 weeks from order to doorstep — worth keeping in mind if it's for a specific date.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. Unfortunately we're unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.
I'm buying this as a gift — will it arrive in time?
We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks ahead for gift occasions like Father's Day, birthdays, or Christmas. Since each sign is made to order, planning ahead is the safest way to make sure it arrives on time.
Can I return or exchange my sign?
Because each sign is personalized just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders — so please review your spelling, size, and color carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or there's a mistake on our end, we'll always make it right (see below).
What if my sign arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry if that happens. Send us a photo within [X days] of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.
Do you offer other vehicles or custom designs?
We're always adding new bikes, trucks, and cars. If you don't see the exact vehicle you're after, reach out and let us know — we love hearing what our customers want, and it helps shape what we add next.
