Shipping Policy

Made to order
Each Gearhead Metal Works sign is custom-made after you order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.

Shipping & delivery
Your sign ships from our production facility in Louisiana. Once shipped, standard US delivery typically takes a few business days. All in, please plan on roughly 1.5–2 weeks from order to doorstep.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your sign. Larger signs weigh more and ship at a higher rate — you'll see the exact cost before you pay. If you order more than one sign, additional items ship at a reduced added rate.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States only. At this time we're unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, or Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping.

Ordering for a gift or special date?
Because our signs are made to order, we strongly recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks ahead of occasions like Father's Day, birthdays, or the holidays. This gives production and shipping enough time to get your sign there when you need it.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated or you have concerns about your delivery, email us at [your email address] and we'll help you track it down.

Lost or delayed shipments
Once your sign leaves our facility, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If a package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
